Lauren (Stotler) Searway is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for Career Services. Lauren currently serves as an Assistant Director of Employer Relations at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, TX where she works with employer partners to facilitate networking and job opportunities for students and alumni.
Lauren earned her Master’s of Education in Higher Education from SMU in May 2022 and began coursework for the Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education at SMU in August 2023. Learn more about her education and involvement here.
Lauren also deeply values volunteer and philanthropy work, specifically within higher education and the local community. She currently volunteers with the Junior League of Dallas and has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Texas State University Alumni Association as well as with her sorority.
